Servicing a two year old boiler isn't going to strain a service engineer's abilities. What's really needed is a quick and easy booking system, an engineer that arrives on time, gets the job done and, in this case, comments that my boiler still looks and behaves like it was installed yesterday. Couldn't ask for more really.
