They fitted new system at my partners flat first couple of weeks it didn't work then they came and sorted the issue then it worked for a few days then went off then she found a leak they hadn't sealed tge joints correctly which caused a huge leak on the sitting room carpet overtime we walked on it it was squelching they came to look at it said there was no leak fro. The pipes so we got in a different plumber he found the joints were not sealed properly the leak has been there for weeks not fixed yet

First time leaving a Google review because I’m soooo mad. Currently breathing in dust after realising I have no access to cold water in my shower, all while spending hours cleaning up the mess their work crew left behind. I went through hell to let them complete the heating upgrade. What I was told and what was actually done were completely different.

On the first day, they showed up 30 minutes earlier than expected, and I had to scramble to get my cat ready to leave the flat on the spot. After that first day of work, they left the flat basically unlivable. There was trash and dust everywhere, every surface exposed was covered in a thick layer of dust, I had no access to hot water, and all my belongings were covered in dust. Took apart my wardrobe without putting it back together, all without any prior communication (mentioned a waiver for the wardrobe which I agreed to sign but the waiver never showed up).

On day two, a completely different crew showed up, and, of course, they wouldn't clean up the mess left by the first crew. A worker from day one had told me that day two’s work would be done by noon. I waited a whole hour in the early morning, called Cenergist myself to check if they were still coming, only to be told they had no idea when the workers would arrive, cos the crew had started their next job. The workers finally came around noon!

The only cleaning I saw on day two (after I complained about the first day) was picking up some visible trash. They still left behind litter and small wires all over my flat. The workers themselves were efficient enough; my main problem is with the communication. We were given minimal information, and I had no idea the work would be so hectic and make my life this difficult.

Have e mailed Cenergist to ask how their in-line water regulator products when they require replacement in 10 - 15 years will be managed, as Council landlord will make no comment on the matter ☹️ Do Cenergist record the date they install devices at addresses and will they replace devices when that action is necessary? Council giving mixed message, letters to tenants state “it is essential to allow access to Cenergist” but council leader says “it is not compulsory that tenants accept the products” Disappointing that Cenergist neglects to answer my e mail.

What a fantastic crew
They even cleaned all up couldn't have asked for a better crew to work on my home, so respectful and efficient workers.
The heating system is awsome , hot water at the ready and of course heat. Thank You Sara, for keeping us updated step by step you and your team are great.

I recently had the Cenergist install team in to install water efficiency devices, the team were spot on and I am really happy with the devices installed and looking forward to seeing some savings on my water bills. The team were very professional and engineers clean and tidy.

No respect. Firstly don't turn up to my property without an appt.
Secondly the way you banged my door was ridiculous, I hope you don't scare the life out of an elderly person banging like that!
I literally went into full blown panic attack.
Also people work nights, so thanks ! .... I hope you stub your toe , twice today !

After having a regulator put on my water meter, I now have a drilling sound reverberating around my house, after several calls to cenergist and promise of calling back we sill have the problem 10 days later and over the Easter holidays.not impressed.
