More rude staff on tills bloke on till just stood there staring into space I had to guess the price no thankyou nothing out of his mouth your staff need training this is not the first time I have experienced rude staff in this so called shop I will be contacting your head office definitely 👎👎

Was so rude and banned my neighbour cause she said she didn't have ID when they IDed me for something and we wasn't even together or buying together then banned me cause I walked in after my neighbour even though I didn't do anything the people here need a reality check the rude people 😡😡

Come into this coop yesterday just to grab something normally a quite friendly shop but unfortunately someone trying to steal. I just want to shout out to the staff and massive shout out to the security guard couldn’t have handled any better. Shouldn’t have to put up with that!👊

Don’t come here very often but when I do this is what I think…
Good and Wide Selection of food ,
Very Good Staff ,
Big parking lot (although quite busy and hard to find spaces at most times ),
Very Good Customer support ,
Have to say it again VERY good and nice staff.

The staff are always friendly and very helpful.
The range and quality of food is excellent as the size of the shop is a little limiting in some respects That isn’t the case when buying bread,
cakes and pastries however. The choice is not always easy as there is such a welcome range to choose from ! The wine section should be mentioned as there is plenty of well chosen wine to grace any table The price range is also to be commended too. Therefore I must raise my glass and say “Cheers!” to Irthlingborough

Absolutely atrocious .I spent £3.500-£4000 a year in this store.I brought a Johnsons can of furniture polish ,it packed up on me half full ,i was asked for receipt,sadly i didnt have one and was told by abrasive (new)Manageress 'Sarah 'it couldnt be exchanged as no proof of purchase,i asked for CCTV footage to prove of myself buting it,i was banned by Manager 'Peter 'for being abusive and inappropiate.Disgeaceful ,ive been in Security 20years 👎😱👮
