Absolutely brilliant. Matt, Robbie and their team were all first class. Everything was completed to a high standard, communication was rapid and clear throughout the process and they happily accommodated our barrage of questions and extra jobs! They had so many good suggestions that have made our full home re-wire/re-plumb/knock-through/re-decoration even better than we'd planned. Detailed and reasonable estimates and invoices with no surprise extras. Considerate chaps who kept the mess and noise to a minimum. Thanks so much again. 🙏

THIS is everything that you want from a contractor and more.

From the initial visit through to the final project sign-off, Matt, Robbie and the whole team have been first class. I cannot fault the quality of work, professionalism, dedication and patience (with all my questions!).

Matt’s project management meant everything went to plan, any issues with external suppliers/timescales were managed behind the scenes, I was kept fully informed and involved throughout. Any overruns/scope changes were discussed and agreed in advance with full transparency on costing, no nasty surprises at all.

A great team all round, polite, fun to work with, trustworthy and respectful of neighbours too!

I would have no hesitation in recommending CSC&E and will be using them again for future projects.

Matt and his team completely transformed our apartment! They knocked down walls, created a new bathroom and kitchen, replastering and painting throughout! Matt and his team were recommended to me when I moved to my bungalow 3 years ago. Doing the project on my own, my friend knew I needed a builder who was not only skilled but also one who was honest, conscientious and trustworthy. Matt is all of those things and has proved to be an absolute gem and has made quite a daunting project for me, much less scary and in fact enjoyable.
He is not only talented, knowledgable, highly skilled, creative, and professional, as are his team, but he has also been very patient if I have changed my mind and helped me form my ideas. I also know that his pricing is always fair, which is a great comfort.
He keeps you informed every step of the way, which is very reassuring.
Each project over the 3 years, I would only consider Central Sussex Construction. They re-furbished my kitchen with new tiles, worktops, brick slip chimney breast and back wall knocked through with bi-folds, also built a large art studio in my garden, timber framed, cladding, fully insulated with electrics and this year I had fencing, decking and a covered verandah built.
I cannot recommend this this company enough.

Matt and his team were, simply put amazing! They turned up punctual every single day, the job they did for me was a big kitchen installation, rewire and utility room, the job ran like a dream. Firstly i would like to say we have had a horrible experience with a loft conversion that has left our entire house with lots of issues. We were very hesitant to do any more updates to our property!
I have to say Matt and his colleagues are incredible, I only wish we had met Matt and his colleagues before.
I first employed Matt and his team to fit bathroom panels in our en-suite that has a sloped ceiling. I was so impressed with not only their work, but their tidiness and insight. Matt also fitted toughened glass to a stud wall to complete the shower cubicle.
Matt and his team have built wardrobes into our loft extension and also added a cupboard into the void in the stairwell behind the wardrobes giving us so much extra storage, the cupboard was Matt's idea.
We have also had our family bathroom updated by Matt and his team. They came across a number of issues from the previous plumbing and the loft conversion, they sorted everything without fuss or extra cost. We were consulted on every decision and practical solutions were found for all issues.
We have many more projects for Matt and know that all works will be carried out as if the works were being done at his house.
I cannot recommend this company high enough.
