Avoid, I've never had a problem with any other oil delivery companies in the past 5 years, oil was always delivered on time, drivers were polite, Boiler juice sent out Certas, driver never turned up on multiple occasions , they are now charging me £35 for a missed delivery, i have a 10 mouth old baby at home and in desperate need of oil. Do not use this company and make sure boiler juice or other comparison websites know just what they are doing to people, they even got slated on the local news, that's saying something.

Order placed through home fuels direct (part of this company promising local delivery). Delivery date given for three days later. Five days later and no delivery. No phones answered, no emails answered, no communication. £600 they’ve had (but won’t be keeping it ?)
Certas promised delivery today, Homefuels refunded my monies, claimed the tanker broke down on its way to us. The same excuse they were using for other failed deliveries five months ago.

Appalling Service. Certas was the supplier through an online comparison company. First delivery date came and went with no delivery. Second delivery date again didn't turn up. Then Certas lied about trying to deliver saying they had no access. They had no access because they didn't turn up.

Now ran out of oil after this has been going on for over a week on a delivery within 3 days order.

Last message from Certas is they will next try and deliver but only when they are next in the area & will not give an exact date. This is despite being told we have now ran out of oil and as a result have no heating. They have also been told we have children under 16 in the property and a new born baby but still wont commit a date. Order now cancelled and ordered through a different company. Certas is a terrible company avoid

Allocated this company through BoilerJuice. No contact at all, after 3 weeks order was cancelled by them as they said they couldn't access property (removal lorries can...). Never had any problem with any other supplier. To add insult to injury, they deducted a "service fee" from the refund.

absolutely disgusted by the way i have been treated. Ordered fuel which to 2 weeks to arrive. Had a call from them to say they were on their way- I explained access in details as we were away. Came home to absolutely no oil, no note or phone call nothing to say they had not delivered. I called and they said they would deal with it, 5 days on and i have heard nothing- and they have taken the money for it. Disgusting.

Shockingly bad, no concern for customers, don’t deliver when they say they would.. every query is replied with ‘ the lorry broke down ‘ . . Probably ok to order from if you have no urgency for oil and don’t mind them sitting on your cash for weeks

Came to deliver, couldn't get the truck down the drive, pretended to make a phone call to boss, and came up with an excuse that the tank was unsafe and wouldn't deliver, we had this tank filled three times a year for 14 years and itwas filled fine by a better company a few days later. Usless company awfull service.

Failed to deliver oil on the day they arranged it for, but didn't tell me! Then couldn't deliver it until two days later. No manager to speak to, appalling service.... Will never use them again
