I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience with everyone at Chapman & Son! I neeed a new oven so went into the shop last Saturday. I was offered an installation date of Monday (which I couldn’t do, so chose today, Friday, instead). At lunchtime today I received a call saying the oven I’d ordered was actually damaged. I was offered an alternative oven, to be fitted today, or the model I’d ordered to be fitted on Monday. I chose today. They’ve just been - arrived on time, were only here about 30 minutes - and the new oven is in place, looking like it’s always been there. They’ve taken the old one away, so I don’t have to deal with any of that either. Such lovely, friendly, professional people to deal with from start to finish! Competitive prices, very reasonable installation fee, and a pleasure to have in my home. A local business that I wholeheartedly recommend! (Used previously when buying a washing machine and tumble dryer, was equally impressed then).

Great service on a new washing machine. Ordered at 10:48 and delivered and installed by 13:00 with them taking my old machine. Made it such a seamless experience and the guys were really friendly.

My tumble dryer broke and I needed a new one very quickly as I live in an upstairs flat and can’t dry outside etc. I went in the shop at around 2pm and the new dryer was delivered, unpacked and plugged in by 5:45pm the same day. The price was very competitive against online prices too. The service and friendliness from both the guys was top notch also.

I very rarely shop for appliances, but will definitely visit again if I need to.
