After a bad experience with Curry's, I was so happy with the service provided at Chapman's by Lisa. I need an integrated fridge and freezer, but the sizing is quite awkward. Lisa searched all available appliances for me, price-matched Curry's, and is sending the same fitter out who measured up, so there is consistency. As opposed to Curry's, who have no control over their fitters. The fitter, Gary, is coming with my appliances to check that they fit, before I have to pay anything, which is amazing. I'm delighted with the service at Chapman's.

Just thought I'd do a follow up. Gary, the fitter, installed my fridge and freezer, and they look perfect. He was good enough to suggest that the vacuum seal on the fridge door might not be at its optimum due to the hot weather, and bearing this in mind, Chapmans got the Bosch engineers out to me very quickly just to check it all out. Thankfully, it's all perfect, and I have to say that I am a customer who is totally happy and satisfied with Chapmans from start to finish.

We needed an aerial connection into our extension which is presently being turned into a granny flat. We phoned to book a call and an engineer came out to us the following week to install. Steve was a lovely, polite engineer who got on with the job efficiently. Would recommend this service to others.

Can't fault the service I've received from this company and the fact that they are local is even better. Ordered a dishwasher on Monday and gentleman who took my call knew straight away which model I wanted (product knowledge excellent) ordered and paid for, said would get in store on Wednesday and delivered on Thursday no hassle whatsoever. Good old fashioned excellent customer service which is hard to find these days. Free delivery was a bonus as the likes of Currys charge £40+. Would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again. Well done Chapmans

My mother's Sony TV developed a fault but fortunately had a 5-year warranty. As we had purchased it from Chapmans in Old Hill, we contacted them to see what could be done. From the first call to report the breakdown, Chapmans arranged for the engineer to come out and investigate; it could not be solved in the home, so Chapmans arranged for it to be taken back to the workshop and subsequently provided my mother with a temporary replacement over the bank holiday weekend. Chapmans contacted Sony and have since installed a new Sony replacement, which my mother is very grateful for, as it is one of her few entertainments on a daily basis.

The care and attention from Chapmans is the single most important reason why buying local is so important. Thanks to everyone in the team, especially the engineer, who was very caring and considerate. A brilliant company to deal with.

After stupidly managing to break my hob on Christmas Eve, following the dreaded incident I called Chapmans who were more than helpful and sorted me a new cooker and had it delivered and installed within 90 minutes of my phonecall to them. Absolutely amazing customer service and have literally saved my Christmas dinner! Thank you SO much. I would not hesitate to recommend.
