From the moment I contacted Chris for a quotation for an electric gate installation to the post installation support, Chis Hall could not do enough. The work was carried out on time all and promptly within the space of a few days. Chis and James worked relentlessly to install the gates to the highest standard. The workmanship and attention to the small detail for the installation is exemplary. Leading up the the install with the design, Chris remained in constant contact to ensure the product was planned to my exact specification. After the install, Chris is still always available to answer any questions I have. I would highly recommend Charged Services if you are considering an electric gate installation!

Two friends recommended using Charged Services as they were delighted with the service they provided for alarms, cctv and electric gates in Beaulieu Park, Chelmsford.
We needed help with our cctv that was installed by another company. Chris was speedy to respond to my initial enquiry and then accessed the system remotely-therefore working at a time that was convenient for me. He was knowledgable, professional (and patient!). Delighted that our issues were quickly rectified, whilst also giving advice and guidance for the future.

Absolutely over the moon with the work done by Chris @ChargedServices. He went completely above and beyond my expectations. Not only did Chris fit 5x new HikVision ColorVu cameras to my house but all the cables powering the cameras are hidden in the internal walls and the best part is that it’s completely invisible. No damage was done to any of my walls what so ever. He has some really clever tools and experience and the level of workmanship was second to none! I had a few CCTV companies come round and tell me it can't be done how I wanted it. Well not only did Chris do it exactly how I envisaged, he did it as standard, I didn't even have to ask! because as he said it's the proper way to do it.

I also had Chris cover the house with ethernet ports for my fixed devices and a new TP-Link Wi-Fi mesh system that means my house now has crazy internet speeds all over. I can get my max Virgin Media line speed of 500mbps even on the top floor of my house no issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to have any further work carried out as the level of service, knowledge and workmanship is utterly superb.

I honestly don't know why you would use anyone else.

Charged Services removed our old timber 5 bar gate and timber posts which were very tired indeed and they replaced them and a new automated gate and posts.
Charged Services were throughout friendly and efficient. They surveyed the job, quoted for the work, produced proper technical drawings and fitted the gate as they promised they would for the price that they quoted. The gate supplied is literally perfect, I asked for a white gate that looked like a traditional farm 5 bar gate and despite this being a "special", what they produced was exactly what I asked for and without exception, every visitor admires it.
So, Charged Services have improved the "kerb appeal" of our home and significantly improved our security - an excellent job, thank you!

Chris contacted me a soon as the delivery arrived, checking if I needed help. Installation of Remootio 3 was straight forward. Device does exeat what I needed, although, as advised by Chris, needed to upgrade the software. 1st class service and great product. My garage door was fitted (not by Charged Services) and I wasn't told the keys were proprietary to the brand, after a long time of messing about I put my issue into a forum, Chris from Charged messaged me, recommending a product, he didn't mention the business in any way, however I came across Charged Services and just so happened to buy through them.

Despite it being the Christmas period, shipping was fast and I got it the next day, there was lots of help available and Chris was great all the way through.

I would highly recommend using them for anything they can help you with.

CCTV installers in Essex

I contacted this company as I was having issues with my house alarm. It was soon discovered that my alarm was very old and needed to be replaced. I was given options and once my choice was made, I was booked in for the following week. The installation was quick and very pleasing. I was given full guidance on how to use it and was pleased to see it was very easy and also downloaded onto my phone. The whole experience was extremely efficient and not expensive. I would highly recommend Charged Services with no reservation. Excellent service, thank you Chris for a job well done.
