Just been charged £25 twice for a power bank that was never released to me, screen just showed an error. Didn't have a power bank to return so can't get my deposits back, live chat is useless too.

Useless. Charger kept popping out as the wire is so short and still and in an awkward position, I kept checking the phone to see it was plugged in but not actually charging. Ended up just taking it back to save I don't recommend it to anyone, let a fraudulent person hug

Charged me £25 for an hour. Should have been £2 for 30 mins and then £4 for extra. £25 has been taken!!!

Terrible scamming company. Should be reported for fraud. I used the online webchat to complain as it has been over 5-7 days and have not received my refund. They closed the chat before resolving the issue. Sent me an automatic email to close my complaint as soon as I sent it. Can’t believe this. I would like my refund as this is illegal and I will be reporting to watch dogs.

Don't use their powerbanks. App is not providing correct info and you can't return it. And when you can finally find empty spot magically it stops working, taking powerbank, but not stopping timer. Ending up paying £30 for 2h usage. After finally getting some sort of response (defo not 2h as said) they ignore you and stop responding without refund(even though they said they will refund) SCAMMERS!!! AVOID AT ALL COST.

It doesn't tell me how much my time left. And it's not helpful at all. It's just not even charging and that's it. I still had 15 mins to go, but didn't tell me and just took the charger away.

I used one of their batteries Station charges from a pub. I returned this back at exact 5 minutes which supposed to be free. For some reason measured the time was more than 5 minutes (I kept tracking the time) the machine charged me £3 which was the cost for one hour. After I returned the battery charger back to its base, there was not way to take it back and use it for the remaining time which I paid. Overall they charged me £3 for 2% battery increase of my phone. This is really bad service. I am going to decline the payment from my card confirming they are scammers.
