This place is irresponsible, misdiagnose. The problems are not fixed at all, and i just find out 2 bolts and 2 nuts both-side are missed after I picked up my car. Which are important parts to hang up the engine basement.

My car 2002 lexus had problem with transmission problem and leaking steering fluid. They diagnosed the problem cause by transmission solenoids and rack-and-pinion. Then the suggestion is replace the transmission and fix rack-and-pinion. After fixing, transmission is good, but yet there is still leaking steering fluid and steering wheel is shifted 45 degree to left. Then I went back to them, they said the leaking is because steering pump and it will be around $360 more. I disagreed and just asked them do alignment again, then done. Now, i find out there are missing bolts and nuts both side when I replace brake pads

Unbelievable. I will not be returning based off the customer service alone that I received from your employee Tommy. Long story short, I never received a call stating my car was ready to be picked up so imagine my surprise when I show up and the shop and its basically close. Instead of apologizing for a mistake made on the shops behalf Tommy kept giving poor excuses such as “ oh well I don’t work in the office” and “ oh your picking up the car thats been done all day”. (He also mentioned that my car was ready since 1pm). As I stated nobody from your shop has reached out stating my car was even ready for pick-up and I even went as far as showing him that I did NOT receive any messages about my car so to be met with the sarcasm and the side comments such as “now I have to turn the computer back on” is totally unprofessional and unbelievable and as a first time customer I will not be returning. And I know it may sound silly but during that moment all of that was absolutely unnecessary especially when the shop was at fault.
Also, your website says you all close at 6pm but apparently you guys close at 5.

I recently had my Chevy Express van serviced at Charlie's and I'm really glad I did because it gave me the chance to find a shop that definitely gave me a low priced repair and helped me to get the job done quickly and properly.

I like taking my 25 year old pickup there. They keep it running like new. After they serviced it, mounted new tires and serviced my brakes I took it from Homestead to Chicago, then over Route 66 all the way to the Santa Monica Pier and then back home. Ran perfect!
Serviced again & now they're re-doing my brakes ON WARRANTY. These guys are great!

I Recently had an engine put into my 2007 Tahoe at a different shop further up North in Florida. The engine was under warranty, the head cover gaskets failed and oil was dripping out the rear on both, not sure how that effected my oil pressure gauge but that also failed. I called up the warranty company and was given a list of shops to go to to get my car repaired. The gaskets fell under the warranty. I chose Charlie’s, spoke with Mario who even though was very busy, took the time to hear me out, and took care of some other small problem on my vehicle. The turn over was quick and my truck was back on the road. I would definitely come back for any future work needed for my vehicle.

Took my 2013 Cadillac Ats. I wouldn't recommend this place if you're having transmission issues and the service provided by the owner Mario was horrible. Waited for him to finish up with another customer. When it was time to assist me some guy pulled up on a bicycle speaking Spanish to Mario and I was just ignored until that conversation was over. I left my car so that it could be diagnosed. Mario was supposed to call me to tell me the issue but he never did. I had to call several times and he was all over the place with the diagnosis. Telling me the transmission had to be replaced and I questioned that and then he was like let me contact my transmission guy to find out. Why would you tell your customer something before finding out all the details. Long story short he obviously uses another company for transmissions. The diagnostic fee didn't go towards the work if I had decided to get it done and they over charged me for that. They charged me a part fee and another fee that they say automatically shows up on the invoices. When I got my car back there was oil all over my hood. I didn't get an oil change or any other work done but the diagnosis. Was very disappointed with the service!

I was having problems with my car, it wouldn’t start. I brought it to Charlie’s and was helped by Mario, he was great at explaining everything and making me feel comfortable I knew my car was in good hands! Recommend this shop 10 out of 10? Thanks for everything!!

Great place! Fast and very professional. Price was as quoted. Dropped my car for a belt tensioner replacement, went for breakfast and car was ready before I finished. Outstanding job!
Found a hidden gem with this place!
