battery system installed

we did experience delays because of supply. They did make me aware of this before ordering, though. It was six weeks longer than they thought, which is a little annoying about the difference between six months to seven months is not that much. I have always found them helpful on the phone and easy to get hold of. They also responded to e-mails. I have no problem recommending them to anyone and have done so to friends that were looking at putting a complete system in place. I think they got excellent customer service and an old school mentality.

Also, I can recommend products that are easy to use, and when I messed up the setting, they fixed everything for me on their system and are now working a treat.

I am writing this review because so many people just moan, and I think it is nice to take the time to say thank you when a company does good work.

I first used Chelsfield Solar when I had a problem with my Immersun,Mike fitted a new i-boost for me.
So when I thought I had a problem with my solar system I had an electrician come round to check I had not simple had a wire come out.
Once he had checked and was certain the issue was on the roof and panels,I contacted Chelsfield and spoke to Natalie explaining what we had already tested.
Natalie then spoke to my electrician and Mike (owner) and came to same conclusion.
I sent details of my panels and invertors and they felt an issue with the old set up was the reason my system was not working.
Suggesting a few ways to proceed with fixing the issue,I went with replacement of 16 invertors and had quote sent,I agreed and scaffolding went up couple of days early,so I could take advantage and do gutters etc etc.

Chelsfield team booked for Friday and Lorna (now handling my job) kept in touch with time the guys would be here.
The three man team came and one is Mike's son...all three of the team were first rate,working on roof while I walked my dog,and once the work on panels had been done,came in the house to fit monitor system that tracks panels.

I have watched monitor on my phone over the weekend and watched how the panels are working.

I trust this company to do a very good job,and from talking on phone,and via Email I found both Natalie and Lorna to be very knowledgeable and helpful.
I recommend Chelsfield fully.

Reviewed them previously and was not impressed; now have had another company check our PV system and I can see that Chelsfield picked up none of the faults. They seem to have had a quick look and collected their fee. Not even sure that the ‘report’ they did (which didn’t appear until a week later after I had reminded them) accurately represented what they saw. Very disappointing.

Installed a Solar PV and Battery system. Knowledgeable, provided me clear information and genuinely seem to care about the environment and ensuring you have a system that will operate well for you. There were supply issues around the battery outside of their control. They made me aware this was an issue as early as possible and kept me informed throughout.
Very pleased with the system and I would highly recommend.

Really nice to find a company that is genuine and passionate about what they do, easy to communicate and simplified all the jargon related terminology. Accurate quote at the start, which made the financial side easy for me, the job was completed quickly and within the time frame predicted! All round great service. I would highly recommend.
