Fantastic Customer Service all round
Starting with the home visit by Mark. Very professional, understanding of our needs, offered several different options to pay and ensured that we were happy to proceed. A great example of customer service.
Moving to Kelly. Kelly kept me informed about the lead time and messaged with regular updates. She called when the team were running ahead of schedule and kept us informed throughout. Great customer service once again.
Fitting was carried out by Lucas and Peter, as they were a day early our sofas were still in the room. They attended to these and also reapplied some sealant to the roof of the conservatory.
They were friendly and efficient, completing the work in just over 4 hours.
Kelly followed up to ensure that we were happy before activating the payment.

Excellent service & installation
From the initial survey to the final installation everything was perfect.
Our insulated conservatory was installed almost a year ago, and the benefits have been very noticeable — reduced heat during the summer and much-improved warmth throughout the winter.
The fitters completed the job in 4 to 5 hrs and left everything clean and tidy.
It’s been a truly worthwhile investment, and it looks great too! Would definitely recommend

We had our conservatory insulated last June and the difference this has made has been outstanding. I noticed it was much warmer in the colder months and much cooler in the summer months. They have done a really neat job of the interior and it looks loads better than it did before . They tidied up after they finished and I am really pleased with the whole job. We decided to contact CI Group as they had been advertising on the TV and National Papers. They were also offering large discounts.

Our Conservatory is quite large (40 feet in length) so knew it would be quite an undertaking. The Salesman came and despite a current large discount there was no sales pressure and he was very helpful.

We did have other local quotes but CI Group gave us the best price by quite a few thousand pounds.

We were also concerned about how much light we would lose, so we decided to have 3 Velex put in as well, however the actual light was fine due to the reflective qualities of interior roof. This was one of the largest conservatories the roofers had completed but the firm has installed over 300,000 conservatory roofs so we knew they knew what they were doing.

There were a few issues on getting Roof glass out as it had been stuck down but the professional roofers were able to remove it

We were delighted with the finished result, and the quality of workmanship.
The main office were very easy to deal with , great communication and really helpful.

One of the main reasons for a new roof was the number of roof panes of glass we were having to replace each year (misted glass), but we now have the benefits of it keeping regular temperature , it cuts out a lot of noise, makes it part of the house and looks great !

I’m thrilled with the benefits and look of my insulated ceiling. It’s the best decision we’ve made, well worth the investment. We can watch our tv glare free. Enjoy the feel of our room with less heat from the sun as well as not needing to close the window blinds. The fitters took away the old roof blinds and did an amazing transformation of the conservatory. I absolutely love the change

We have had 2 conservatories insulated by this company over the last few years. It makes such a huge difference and our conservatories can now be used. One is our dining room and the other has become my office / extension of the kitchen. Keeps them cooler in summer and warmer in winter, plus we no longer get blinded by the sun!

Wow what a difference the new roof has made. We can now use all year round. Even when there's a thunderstorm you can hardly hear it. It's cool in the summer & warmer in the winter. Fitters were brilliant, near, tidy, efficient & friendly. When they came to see us for first appointment. They were very informative & no pressure to buy they left you to come to your own decision. Would highly recommend thus company.
