I was looking to purchase a specific type of heat resistant cable in relation to installing a new hob. I found the requisite cable on CEF's website, and confirmed stock availability in the store (via the website's 'availability checker'). Despite this, upon arriving at the store, I was told that they didn't have any of the cable in stock after all. Very frustrating.

Worst place ever-not helpfull at all, very expencive.Not intrested in sale- computer said no...
went to competitors got £150 better price on £400 shopping.
