I placed order for solar panel clips on 4th november email said will be ready on 7th and you will recieve email or text when order is ready. Looked online on friday to see if i could collect on weekend as no confirmation text or email was recieved but store was closed on weekend. I rang today on 11th and was told we were really busy so couldnt send message or email which was typical excuse. I told the worker can he get it delivered as i am busy working today and wont get time to collect.

I bought 5 boxes of tiles with them and asked them i am going to buy extra so if any thing balanced after finished can I return it back ?. They said of cause if if any unopned box can be returned any time.
So I bought 5 boxes.
After finished my work I had one box left so I tried to return it.
They said No we can't take it back, we don't take return.
So they lied to me from first place, not honest with business.
So I will not recommend any one to do business with this company.

I am astonished by the racist remark made by Jayna about the two staff at City Plumbing. I am Indian myself and they served me fine this week, they are not racist and did not treat me differently. Please do not believe this. When I turned up they were on the phone or had pre booked appointments already and they came and helped me once they were free and guided me through through the specifications of the products and the brochure and I had a brilliant customer experience. To the author of the racist post please do not call them by the colour of their skin this is hypocrisy and racist, they don’t deserve this. I believe they didn’t help you because they were already engaged with other customers and probably didn’t know you needed help as most customers just browse. I am saddened by your review of them, it’s unfair.

Before closing for some parts
The chap said that they do not keep item's in stock .
And it was quite obvious he was not interested in helping us
He was more interested in finishing on time when we got back to work my manager checked on line you did have the items in stock

Racist staff, rude, arrogant behaviour - went into the store when the two WHITE guys in the shop were happily serving a WHITE man but as soon as we approached the counter they looked at us and looked down and ignored us as if we didn't exist, they refused to serve us or even acknowledge us. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, they clearly lack any basic human decency. We won't be returning to this store and urge everyone to shop elsewhere this shouldn't happen in this day and age. DISGUSTED
