Fantastic install of our new Clock Sudbury wood burner by Rob at City Stove Installs. They basically reconfigured the narrow opening to a larger opening and installed the new burner. They laid new Pamment tiles, lined the walls and inserted a new chimney flu. All signed sealed and certified. A great job done. Would recommend

Another fabulous experience with Rob and his team. This is the fourth time I have used City Stove Installs, which should tell you all you need to know but let me fill in the gaps. Rob is professional, friendly and open to ensuring you get the stove and install you want. He has a real can-do attitude and will be honest about how to achieve the end result, offering expert input at every turn. At all points in the process the house was left clean at the end of each day and great care taken of the property around. His team are all polite, courteous and professional too. I honestly can't rate Rob and City Stove Installs highly enough and would recommend them without hesitation. Fire and work completed on time and on budget, February 2024.

I have a rental property near Norwich, and required short-notice assistance with an old woodburner installation that had failed. Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, Rob was able to attend the property within a week to assess the job, provide advice and guidance, sort out a quote, recommend and collect a replacement woodburner, and schedule in the work along with a chimney sweep. His professionalism was immediately apparent to me on the telephone; his dealings with my tenants and neighbours backed this up and his communication with me throughout the process was excellent. We had our Termatech TT20 stove installed 6 months ago and its greatly improved our large living room during the winter period, it was all done in one day. Rob has also come back on short notice to make adjustments as we recently had a tiny leak coming down the side of the flue pipe during heavy rain which he fully rectified. Would highly recommend Rob and his team.
