Dominic and the City Warmth team helped us during an emergency call out - and we couldn't recommend him and his team enough! Despite it being super last minute, they managed to carve out time to make sure our leak was fixed pre weekend and our hot water was back on. They were fantastic! Found this company after a bank holiday weekend with no heat or hot water. Boiler had been disconnected by the emergency service after a gas leak.
Despite it being a busy morning we received a quick call back to our enquiry and were pleased to be offered a same day appointment .
We were advised of an estimated time and given a call an hour before the engineer should arrive.
When Dominic and his apprentice arrived they quickly identified and fixed the problem .
They were both very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely be using them in the future .

I am very please with the service I received from Domonic and Naomi at City Warmth Plumbing & Heating and I would happily recommend them.

We replaced my ageing domestic hot water and central heating setup with a combination gas boiler from Viessmann.

Domonic convinced me my impression of combi's from 30 years ago was a bit out of date! 🙂 I am glad I listened and I am very happy with the new system. Cut my gas usage in half too!

Excellent service from Naomi, Dominic & Calvin. I was recommended to City Warmth by another business who were too busy to fit in my boiler pressure-loss problem. They were superb, listening to my own DIY diagnosis of the issue they then ordered and turned up with the relevant part. They confirmed the part had failed, found another issue as well, and gave it a good service for a very reasonable fee. Very clean and tidy. I shall definitely use them again for routine service next year.
