So happy to have found a home for our 2011 Sprinter. Posting 2 months after initial service - Sprinter is running great. Communication while van in shop was tops and unsolicited follow up communication to be sure all was well was an unexpected surprise. Paul's good work will keep us happy on the road for many years.

With Paul's guidance I have added a newer model to the mini fleet and feel confident owning these fine machines because I have Paul on my team. The very best place to keep your Mercedes running as it should. Paul knows, and continues to learn, the intricacies of these fine automobiles, whether they are older or newer. I am so happy I brought my 2014 Roadtrek Agile SS here for its MBZ Service B. My van had 75k miles and it def needed someone to check it thoroughly and Paul’s mechanics found a radiator leak. So glad they did and were able to repair it. They also serviced my AC and it’s never worked so well. It’s cold in here now even on over 100 degree days.
There’s also really straightforward communication from Paul and I felt that the pricing was very fair and explained clearly.
My van even seems to sound like it’s purring now. Thanks Paul!

Had Paul at CK service my sprinter. Was super friendly and accommodating. Very professional as well. Friendly staff as well. Great experience and will definitely have all my future work done by them. Knew he was a standout when I originally met with him to have him reset a sensor error message and he told me to take it to a MB Service and that they had a “recall” on the sensor and they have to do the work for me…and that I would receive around $3,000 from the dealers due to class action suit. All worked out as he stated! Not your typical shop!
