I’m not one for leaving reviews I tend to thank those personally that have helped or complain directly to the person or organisation.

After stumbling across a negative review on here regards clean slate solutions because of the help I have received I felt it important to counter that negative review with one of my own experiences.

Firstly after making contact you are treated with the highest levels of courtesy. Every person I have had dealings with treat you with kindness and respect.

The charity is geared around supporting past offenders into work.

They help with your cv. They will come and have face to face meetings with you as well as telephone and email communication. They have a department constantly working with employers exploring potential vacancies for those that they help.

They constantly check in with you just to check how you are.

I personally have had a couple of applications for jobs submitted and the chap who deals with that side of things is on the ball and helps you through the process.

In the negative comment I read , it stated that the founder should be ashamed of himself and his company.

I have spoken to the founder on different occasions and heard his own journey. He should be super proud of what he has done for himself and family, then he spends his energy helping others such as myself.

I couldn’t speak more highly of this organisation and am thankful for their help assistance and support.
