We recently had a solar and storage system installed by CleanSwitch and are very pleased with the complete process from quote to commissioning. The communication was always clear. All of the team we dealt with were always professional, efficient and polite.
The work was completed to a high standard and after having to re-assess the inverter and battery location the new cable routing was installed with consideration and minimal disruption to the house.

We had a couple of PylonTech batteries added to our existing solar PV system. We had very personal professional service. The installers discussed our wishes about routing the cabling through to our circuit board, and came up with a good solution. Unfortunately they were not able to complete the job in 1 day, but they went the extra mile in helping to set up the monitoring app on my mobile. It is very satisfying to see the electricity we are producing is now being stored for our own use. Looking forward to lower electricity bills soon!

Very pleased with quick and efficient installation of 12 solar panels and a storage battery. Scaffolding erected Monday morning, panels and battery installed Tuesday system checked and in full working order Wednesday just 9 weeks after accepting proposal 😀

Yup, very good all in all. Adapting to established, old and slightly eccentric systems must be one of the more interesting parts of the work. Now my garage looks as if the aliens have landed, all flashing lights and informative displays, and at 11 o'clock on this sunny May morning the system is harvesting a little short of 3kW. All the guys involved, from the initial inspection, provision of the quote to the installation itself, were efficient, informative and good humoured. The app monitoring the hybrid inverter took a little while to get up to speed and the hub needed repositioning so that WiFi was optimised, but 24hrs after commissioning everything is working as it should. Very pleased with the work, the price, and I would certainly recommend Clean Switch.

Fantastic assistance and quickly resolved an issue for my system that was installed by another company. Found Clean Swith Solar as my nearest company through the Sunsynk approved installers after being unable to get a response from the original installer, and Sunsynk had not been able to fix the issue.

I wasn't sure it would be ok to phone them seeing it was not their installation, but Piers was really helpful, happy to listen to my issue, and then suggested a fix and called me back when they had been able to resolve it.

I am really pleased to have the system back working properly, and really impressed & grateful to Clean Switch Solar.

This is the only company out of 10 that I contacted that actually sent someone in person to look at my property and give an assessment, some of the others just asked me to send photos on whats app which seemed super unprofessional!
The sales person talked through my needs and requirement rather than just asking to see past bills to understand my changing needs and give me a tailored solution to fit my requirements and budget.
Once agreed, we set an install date, the communication was great, they called the week before to confirm the arrangements and installed when agreed.
The system has been working for 2 weeks now and is saving me almost all of my electricity bill!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Clean Switch Solar.

It is not unusual in this day and age to make a phone call and wait a long period of time before somebody answers, working remotely from home. Not Clean Switch. My call was answered very quickly by a knowledgeable person. Everything was explained clearly, a date was set. The survey completed and instalation completed on the date given. Clean Switch admit they are not the cheapest but I would doubt if you could get a better service anywhere. Well done all at Clean Switch. I would highly recommend.
