Our boiler packed up this morning. I tried this company as there aren't many who deal with oil boilers and the last person we had to service it was....not to be recommended.
Ben came over this afternoon, incredibly quick response time, fully togged up with mask and gloves given the current situation, and managed to fix the issue in a couple of hours. He explained why the boiler had stopped working, useful info that our previous serviceman had not picked up.
Really friendly and personable guy, very tidy worker and INCREDIBLE value.
