I needed something to kickstart me into exercising after years of doing very little and piling on weight. The 6 week programme was a fantastic introduction to the gym, different classes and nutrition. It was a lovely way to get confidence up and meet a great bunch of people. The staff are all really friendly and supportive and no matter what your ability is, each exercise is tailored to suit your capabilities. I’d thoroughly recommend it.

Writing this review as a couple as both myself and my wife Wendy signed up for the 6 week induction programme via a recommendation from David Angus having watched his video!. We both felt we need dedicated support to lose weight and the idea of classes really appealed to us both with the added benefit of better nutrition and diet. The support from the team at Club 300 has been great and doing the exercises correctly has been hugely beneficial in losing weight and our overall general fitness. The camaraderie between the group has been great as has the banter all the way through. As a couple and individually we would encourage and recommend all others in the same position to nike - just do it.

I recently took part in the 6 Week Programme. The programme addreses nutrition, general wellbeing and encourages attendance at the small group classes. I really enjoyed the classes and found the instructors and gym to be welcoming. Overall I would recommend one of theses programmes as a good introduction to gym attendance and improvement in lifestyle.

With a holiday fast approaching and not feeling great, I began looking for a local gym to join. That's when I discovered the Club 300 6-week program, which caught my eye because it focused not just on exercise but also on food and nutrition, an area I knew I struggled with.

At the start of the 6 weeks, you receive plenty of easy-to-follow information to set the right targets for yourself, and the coaches are extremely supportive, always available to answer any questions (even the silly ones!). It definitely takes some time to trust the process, as I felt like I was eating more than usual, which was hard to get my head round. But it really works, and now, nearing the end of the 6 weeks, I can see and feel the difference, and my relationship with food has definitely improved!

The small group classes have been excellent, offering a good variety to choose from. The coaches are there to support and ensure you are performing each exercise correctly, and the more experienced members are also great at guiding us newbies!

I'm so glad I signed up, it has been a truly positive experience. The club has an inclusive and encouraging atmosphere, with a little bit of banter too and I'm happy to be part of it.

I took part in their 3 for £99 PT sessions. I got Mac as my coach and he was amazing. It was my first time stepping in a gym and he made it very comfortable for me. The gym itself is smaller than you expect for most gyms but it had personality and everyone in it was super friendly. When you step in a gym as a new client you have this feeling of dread that people are going to look and judge you, but I got none of that. Very inviting and great equipment. Will be using the gym for the foreseeable future!

I'd been struggling to lose weight after finishing chemo at the end of 2023. I signed up for the 6 week programme and really enjoyed it. A mix of gym work and great advice on nutrition has resulted in almost a stone lighter. The gym is really welcoming and the small group training is great. Trainers are really good and push you to do your best. Getting the technique right is a big part of it and they are always helping you. Best gym I've ever been to.

I joined the 6 week programme in February 2025 and got so much from it. The accountability and support that came with the programme was what really sold it for me - as someone who has never been part of a gym before it was all quite daunting, but the staff at Club 300 were incredibly patient and supportive and took time to explain everything so that everyone in the group understood what they were doing. In addition, the knowledge around nutrition has really changed my thinking about food and what's healthy (but also sustainable) which will have a big impact long term. I've since joined the gym properly and continue to attend classes and make better choices around food. I couldn't recommend Club 300 - especially their 6 week programmes - enough. I have no regrets and only wish I'd had the courage to join sooner!

I highly recommend everyone have a nutrition consultation at Club 300. I had started my fitness journey a few months previously though was struggling to see any difference in myself. I'd had my calories and macros mapped out for me several times over the years though I'd never been able to stick to them. I decided I needed a more detailed discussion and booked myself in for a consultation. Mac was brilliant, he spent time learning about me, what my day to day is like and providing clear information on nutrition, with guidance on how to listen to my body and what I needed (as well as macros/calories). 4 months later and I stuck to it! 🥳 I'm down the weight I wanted and also gained muscle in the process all while managing to balance my calories and macros in a healthy way and without having to track every second of the day. Thank you so much, I'm feeling so strong, healthy and excited for building on this 💪💪💪
