Dont let the false greeting over the phone deceive you.

This store offers nothing short of shoddy delivery service and workmanship.

Over extended back pipes leave your machine stinking! Also having exposed electrical cables is quite dangerous near water pipes?

Delighted I was let down on my latest order which they failed to deliver on time left a different contractor exposing the above.

Coastal Electrics were recommended by some friends. The built in larder fridge in my Margate home was about to pack up. I was in Somerset and not due back until last week. Real problem for me so rang Coastal Electrics. I gave them the existing model details and within 15 minutes they had phoned back with two options. They said fitting and taking away the old fridge were included in the price so paid over the phone.Booked them to come Friday morning after 10 am. By 10.30 they had arrived. Dismantled things and removed old broken fridge then expertly installed the new fridge. They really knew their stuff and did a fantastic job. By the evening had cold lager and wine. Brilliant job and proper old fashioned service. Would recommend them without hesitation,

My old washing machine started smoking so I went into Coastal electrics. The staff were so helpful and patient, explaining the pros and cons of each machine. Competitive prices, with a far more personal service than the big stores. I was given a day and time that suited me, they rang when they arrived to let me know they were here. There were no complaints about the awkward access to my property, so professional and friendly. They installed my new machine and took away the packaging and my old one. They also stayed with me and talked me through each cycle and what the different symbols mean.
I am so impressed with the service from start to finish and will be recommending them to everyone.

Knowledgeable, friendly non-pushy staff who know their stuff, the delivery and installation guys are top draw too. We’ve recently purchased a new washing machine and tumble dryer. When we compared prices with the big brand and online stores we found Coastal Electronics to be very competitively priced. Combined with free delivery and a very modest installation and removal and disposal of our old appliances it actually worked out cheaper and all with a cheery smile.

Last Friday found my fridge freezer was braking down and food going soft. I rang around other company's could not help till following Tuesday.
Contacted Coastal Electrics they said they had a fridge freezer same size and could deliver later that afternoon. Included in the price was delivery and take the old appliece away. My Kitchen is in the basement very narrow ally to come down but they had not trouble. Fantastic service.

I cannot recommend Coastal Electrics (Westgate on Sea) enough. My washing machine broke down mid wash, 40 minutes later Gavin was there to repair/ diagnose) ...motor had packed up (it was 22yrs old).
Ordered new one; next morning the new machine was delivered, installed and old one taken away. All staff who I dealt with were excellent. That's what good service is ALL about. A big thank you! J

Door lock on washing machine broken. On their second visit brought wrong part. After three weeks with no further contact I phoned to ask what situation was. Rude man on phone said 'Go somewhere then'. Disgraceful.

Coastal Electrics have provided a fantastic service this week, which culminated in the installation of 4 appliances in our home.

From the outset Gavin and Sam offered excellent advice regarding our options and the standard of work during installation was first rate!
