Excellent customer service. I won't explain how I was helped as it isn't really relevant, but the people at Cochranes helped me with a product problem and I wasn't even their customer. They had no obligation whatsoever and nothing to gain but they put themselves out to help me for which I am very grateful. Thank you.

Appalling customer service. I spent £30 in the shop on various items including glue. The lid was loose and the glue leaked all over my bag damaging the other items and some purchases I had made elsewhere. I returned to the shop to ask for the items to be replaced or refunded but was refused by staff who were rude and unapologetic. They have lost a customer.
