Thank you for the reply to my review. It has only taken 4 months.
I'm still waiting for the electrics to be sorted, the cleaning of my UPVC and the guarantee I asked for in April.

Fantastic experience from start to finish.
Had insulation fitted to my freezing cold home and what a difference it has made.
It looks amazing and my home now maintains the heat meaning I don't need my boiler on all day and night during winter months.
I had a few issues along the way but all was dealt with in a timely manner.
Hope now I can sit back and start to save on energy bill.

I'm highly warned everybody please please avoid this company . Very Unprofessional people ?.when they have start working on my property i have been told ill get new flat roof. And also they left flat roof open from the side
water was coming into my kitchen and living room now they have put temporary cover on my kitchen and bathroom flat roof and walked away they not doing anything about it . 2 weeks job not even finished in 3 month after chasing one of other person .
I did recovered some internal damage £550. like new carpet on stairs and paint damage. But now they are not taking any responsibility for my flat roof damage .My
kitchen and bathroom flat roof was perfectly fine before they was working around my property. Please have a look these pictures and avoid them .

Second time writing this review after the MD Glen asked me to take down my previous 1 star review. I gave the company the benefit of the doubt and made it clear to Glen that I expected clear communication from the company about what work was happening and when. 8 weeks after the work started (EWI fitted and rendered) the render has been complete for 3 weeks and yet they haven't fitted the downpipes yet, nor cleared away their tools and rubbish. Scaffolding was only removed a few days ago and even that was in two parts on separate days. The lack of downpipes has meant some of the render is washed off or damaged already. Suffice to say I've heard nothing from the company and even when I ring for updates or some sort of resolution all I'm told is that the call handler is sorry and they'll pass it on. Simply not good enough. Avoid this company, even if they do eventually get your job done, they have no concept of customer service. The amount of times I've had their teams just turn up and bang on my door unannounced expecting to do some work is a joke and I have a newborn so sleeps have been disturbed numerous time. Just have your work done by somebody else.

Just had Wayne and Gary complete some plastering work on my ceiling due a to a fault caused within the company during the rendering work we've recently had, they came when they said they would and did a super job! really friendly guys and appreciate them coming just before Xmas to finish this and get the work complete

STAY FAR AWAY!!! They stole my deposit of £500. They wanted me to pay the full £1000 but I requested to pay half after the work was done.

Glen Paddison is the person in charge and tried assure me everything was okay when in reality they just wasted time making lame excuses and, in the end, did nothing and ran off with my money. Jullie Coid was the office person who was never in when I called the reception, she apparently is away on holiday for weeks or called in sick for other weeks.

After months of trying to contact them, they finally say I won't be able to get my deposit back because of a survey they do which is usually free and done before the actual work starts and the installers who came and left after 10 minutes doing no work and just observing the property.

NO WORK WAS EVER DONE. I am in the process of trying to get my deposit back with Trustmark and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
It is the worst business I have dealt with and is still giving me headaches and physically making me sick. The company is atrocious and abysmal. I wish I never did any business with them and for sure will never do any business with them again.

If you don’t want to throw away your money or deal with narcissistic people, stay far away from this horrible and fraudulent business.

Absolutely a joke of a company. Started well with polite staff and then just went downhill. Just because mine was an Green Home Grant voucher they just messed me about. After granted the voucher all the problems started, they had to re-book several surveyors to come to my house because they kept losing the report and after spending 1.5 months (out of 3 months voucher expiry) of getting everything sorted I chased them up to find out whats was happening as I had not heard from them for awhile I was told they have ordered the materials. After few more week i contact them again and they no longer want to carry the work out and coming out with all sort of excuses (probably because its a an grant and they giving people who pay cash priority.). Everytime I called the customer services the last person who was handling my file has left the company so were just going in circles.

Avoid this company. Liars, manipulators and thief’s who abuse your trust and mess you around that much you question your own sanity, whether it’s the customer, installer or employees. Clueless to what they are doing day to day. Refuse to pay anyone who provides them with a service. Make a mess of our homes. Never answer the phone, never return phone calls.
