I was in the shower when the delivery men came with fridge freezer, so I grabbed a towel, poked my head around the door explaining the situation to just go to the kitchen, so on shutting my door and rushing to my bedroom drying myself off and putting my clothes on, the job was done, but later some weeks later, I went in to Colin Smith in Arbroath purchasing a hoover, and a cooker prior, to which I'd already paid for the hoover, & I collected this myself, subsequently I requested a washing machine, yes was the answer, but the male staff person said they're would be no delivery as two of his colleagues complained I answered the door naked on the last delivery I was shocked, and explained, I asked for the delivery guys names so I could put a complaint in, but I was not given any details, shocking service,
Colin Smith soon took my money prior making this comment.
I will NEVER do business again with Colin Smith, utter useless.

My dishwasher of 15 years broke down 3 weeks ago and I started the search for a replacement. I searched the internet to find a match for my old Neff integrated model and thought it would be a simple upgrade so I contacted Colin Smith at Arbroath and was warmly greeted by their assistant Valerie. From the first phone call I felt I was a valued customer and that they would do everything they could do to help me find a replacement. We chose another Neff which seemed to be a straight forward swap but things are never that simple! The dishwasher was delivered and installed by two experienced fitters only to discover the previous one was a tall extra large model fronted by an extra long door. There was no option but return the machine and start again. From that moment on Valerie searched tirelessly for a replacement and never once did we feel it was a bother for her. I cannot thank her enough for the above and beyond effort she went to on our behalf. She is a credit to your company and is an example of the kind of assistant you dream of but hardly ever find. After weeks of searching we now have our replacement dishwasher albeit free standing instead if integrated. Despite this we are absolutely delighted with our Siemens dishwasher. Thank you Valerie for all your help.
