I have owned my bed for 12 months now, and I am so pleased with its comfort and convenience. The wireless control is so responsive and means I can arrange the bed exactly as I want it, either with the head raised so that I can sit and read, or with just the foot raised so my oedema and stiff knee are supported and helped overnight so that by the morning I am flexible once again. It took a couple of weeks to get the angle of the foot of the bed perfect, but now it is just automatic! The massage function is first class and gives me such a gentle whole body experience. I cannot recommend this product highly enough. It has been the best thing I have bought all year.

My mum just purchased a confirmation adjustable bed. She’s in her late 70’s with a few health problems. The sales staff were excellent and so helpful, they took their time and made sure she understood how everything worked when in the store. The bed was delivered in just 2 days and the installation and delivery crew were fantastic. Kind and courteous, set everything up as she wanted it and dismantled the old bed and put in the garage for her. Highly recommended and a big thanks from mum (L Norman)

Received delivery of my new chair today and I am very impressed by the courtesy and service of delivery.I am looking forward to taking it for a test drive and I am sure I will be highly delighted after the delivery driver assembled the chair and showed me how to use all the controls. The sales rep was very helpful in explaining how the chair works and all the benefits I could gain from using the chair,and now I have delivery of it he was completely correct and I am sure I will have lots of them. I am very pleased with the sales person that explained and showed me how the device worked and how I would benefit from having a bed with the device fitted. The two gentlemen that came and took my old bed away and assembled the new bed were very pleased and polite and showed me how everything works with the bed. I was very pleased with how they were.

I've had my 5foot bed for over 5 years. i love it. when i go away i count the days until i get home and get back in my bed and a good night sleep.

The salesperson was very polite and provided a good demonstration of the bed
The driver and fitter arrived on time they were very pleasant and demonstrated the use of the remote controls for the bed . They were very tidy and took the old bed and packaging away . Really pleased with how everything went and the bed is amazing

Just spoke to my Dad who bought a bed last year and he's just told me that they came round again two days ago, "made themselves at home" and the outcome is he has a chair being delivered at a cost of over £4000. He's in his 80's, still drives and has no mobility issues. This is not in the best interests of my Dad. Unfortunately i don't live nearby otherwise I would be there. If my Dad needed a chair to help him, then his family would sort it.

I have a 4 ft bed and a chair for my wife we have had them for 2 years and they me and my wife so much over the year. Matt rang me over my service to get me book in and he was so helpful with his cumster service. Was 5+ star
