Fantastic service!

Highly recommend Commercial Washrooms, for their professional, timely and friendly customer service. I have always dealt with Mark regarding projects; from initial ideas to completion.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble and they have delivered high quality products for my own projects and also projects that I have worked on for them.

Everything from the start of a project (initial project requirement discussions) to the finishing touches and all in between. Warehouse staff are helpful and delivery services/drivers are able to meet customer deadlines… offloading and delivering to specific areas as requested.

Wouldn’t hesitate to use them for all my future projects.

We always find Gavin very responsive and good to deal with when it comes to getting quotes, placing big orders and just ordering spares. The cubicles which we have ordered have all be good quality and easy to install.

I would highly recommend CW. The work was to a high standard and we were kept well informed from start to finish. The trades team were great, nothing was too much trouble and they worked well around the staff and pupils. We would definitely have them back in the future.

To cut a long story short, we ordered items through Alex who confirmed that everything was in stock...we then got an email to say everything was on back order, it seems the sales and warehouse systems had overlapped. They did everything in their power to sort this out for us and within days our complete order had arrived. You just don't get this level of personal service anymore...well you do if you go to Commercial Washrooms!
