Shocking service. No duty of care. Unless you're giving them 4+ hours of business a day, you are right at the bottom of their priority list to cover.

My sister is dependant on them for care and I usually get a call of "apology" that no one is available to come. Today the carer was supposed to come at 9am. It's now 11:30am. The carer is not answering the phone and duty manager has turned their phone off.

I have now a distressed vulnerable person in tears at home and no communication from these guys. Well done guys, you've excelled yourselves
