My mother had this installed because they promised it would be better than AT&T. She has a pacemaker which sends information to the doctor at a wee hour in the morning. Since switching to Co Mo, her phone is out more than it is connected. They have voice mail you have to use with their service, her answering machine no longer works. She's 82 years old, and I live 3 hours away. I'm getting ready to call them and tell them what the can do with their so called service, and look into other options. AT&T wasn't perfect, but she could use it, and their customer service was above and beyond whatever this so called 'service' is.

First of all, the electric service is First rate, fine and any issues handled ASAP, and by excellent staff.
The internet service is a completely different thing. Mostly slower than dial-up, apparently can't fix their issues. I'm paying for, and they advertise a service that they cannot provide.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. I pay this company for my electricity and lately my WiFi has been going off and on. The WiFi keeps disconnecting from EVERY device in my home and from time to time, the lights shut off on their own. It sucks. Would not recommend. Go pay another, better company for your electricity instead of this one.

We are very pleased with the speed and reliability of our internet through Co-Mo! It is perfect when I need to work remotely from our lake house. Yesterday, I called in with an issue on our AutoPay account and Haley was super-helpful and got the issue resolved immediately!

Fiber service is good. But thieves came onto my property, killed the electricity from the switch on the last pole (they wont let you put a pad lock on it), and cleaned me out. I asked for the make, model, and serial of the fiber modem to give to Benton County Sherriff's office, but they're more worried about billing me the $260 for the fiber modem and not giving me the information I needed. Disconnected electricity and fiber since the electric company's policies makes it easy for thieves to rob people.

Turned on internet today. Still not a great experience. Wish there was a different option

Seasonal Service....
I love the idea of being able to pause service BUT being forced to wait till November 1 seems like they are just forcing customers to pay another month for service. DON'T call early to pause it, they force you to call back November 1 to do it. Cannot do it early. Not a great deal for the customers.

Had the service installed when we bought our house in April, installer asked where we wanted the line ran then I went back to my painting, came out when he was gone and it's no where near where I asked him to place it. Provided router is garbage I've called and recieved no help. They reset the router and tell me it's fixed. Finally purchased my own router and it's a little better but the corner where the service was installed makes things very difficult. Had I not paid them to run lines I would switch to century link fiber.

Called to pay money off my insurance card coz they give me money each month.I have never done it so I told the girl what I wanted to do She said oh it's simple so now I still haven't been able to use it.May disappear by end of month.Dont think it would have hurt her to help me
