Our fridge freezer decided to give up early one Saturday morning. Having bundled the contents into freezer and cool bags we went to this wonderful store. A superb experience where we explained our problem to Bob who was excellent. Very good product knowledge, gave sound advice and was so friendly. He offered us a loan of a free small fridge freezer of charge even before we had bought anything! We purchased a replacement for a very competitive price, this was delivered by equally helpful, friendly and polite members of staff on the following Tuesday. No hesitation in recommending this company for any household appliances.

Had a new kitchen fitted by ck. From the start Christian put us at ease and was very helpful. All the staff that worked on the installation were very friendly and helpful.Nothing was too much trouble for them. They were very efficient and kept to the schedule that we were given. CK have done our kitchen a while ago which we are very happy with and supply all our appliances. What sets them apart is customer service and after sales. Nothing is too much trouble. Removing old appliances is much easier than with other companies and any issues are sorted immediately. Thankyou to James and Craig for gong out of their way to sort our new fridge door yesterday after we had accidentally broken it.

Ordered a dishwasher from CKHA, they called, delivered and installed it the day it arrived to them. Brilliant customer service both in store and when they installed it. The appliance, delivery and installation was cheaper than a certain high street retailer who operate on a nearby retail park and staff were much more knowledgeable.

I’ve had several appliances from them in recent years and their service and they’ve always been great. It’s great to have a local independent business that shows the big boys how it should be done!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Rang on Sunday to order a cooker, was delivered Wednesday morning. Thank you so much for your speedy delivery, you really got us out of a hole after our cooker was condemned by the gas board after it developed a leak. Would highly recommend.
