1st appointment… had to call up as person meant to be coming hadn’t turned up at time stated only to be informed her car broke down. No courtesy call to inform.
2nd appointment, no show, again no courtesy call so rang up and office staff can’t locate the person supposed to be coming (incompetent to say the least not knowing the whereabouts of a colleague/staff member) No communication, no apology, nothing!! 2 half days wasted, SHAMBOLIC service from start to finish. Let’s see if they turn up on the 3rd appointment… unfortunately this is my landlord, North Tyneside Council patronising this contractor in order to comply with the law otherwise I would not entertain you. I will be informing them that you aren’t capable of even turning up to do the work they are paying you for let alone carrying out the task. UPDATE… they’ve cancelled again, at least they rang up this time, (car trouble again apparently) let’s see if the next appointment is fulfilled.

Compliance 365 have been my primary EPC supplier for the last three years. They have completed a number of EPC portfolio’s in my experience of working with them, with projects ranging from 10 properties to 450 properties, all in which have been completed in the given timescales.

The admin team are very approachable and act quickly when providing quotations and general EPC advice as required. In my experience, I have not had any issues with the service they provide and will continue working with them in the future.
