We chose Concept Glazing, a family-run, local firm, to install a new aluminium front door and sidelight. We had several meetings with other suppliers in the area, however we were impressed with Jake's straightforward and honest manner and his price was fair. It was refreshing to deal with someone with first-hand experience, not just a salesperson offering discounts etc for a quick decision.
Jake and his crew were very skilled and tidy craftsmen, they were all very well-mannered, helpful and friendly, and they did a lovely job!

Jake and the team were great to deal with from start to finish. Jake took great care considering how to convert our conservatory into a new room. He listened to our ideas and really focused on the practicalities and details to create a fantastic space. The team who put up the work were excellent, polite and tidy. We had a new back door and attatched window. Fast and fantastic service from the very friendly guys carrying out the work. The work was done very quickly and as quietly as could be. They even played with the dog. Cleaned up behind themselves and never left anything behind. Will definitely be using them again. The door and window are of great quality and have had zero problems. An amazing experience from start to finish . Jake was exceptional and explained the whole process in detail. I loved the superimposed image of my new front door during the initial consultation which gave me confidence to know what it would look like.
