I urgently needed a specialised bracket for a Hikvision camera that I'd already purchased from my usual authorised distributor. Connectec had the bracket in stock at a competitive price. I paid for next day delivery and got it within the window promised. The item was well packaged and even came with a little packet of sweets which brought a smile to my face. I use a few online retailers but connected, certainly are my favourite. Very competitive with next day delivery. However I did phone with an issue the other week and was promised a call back. It's a good job I wasn't holding my breath, two weeks later and I'm still waiting. I have left a 5 star because I've been using connected for more than a year without any hiccups. So I would definitely recommend.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Order arrived a day early. Slight problem as I was told I needed a bell module to connect an existing sounder to a Euro 76. This isn’t the case as there are sounder connections on the Euro 76 motherboard?

No complications as to the payment section.
