Absolutely stunning service. Ordered Friday lunchtime, delivered for free Saturday morning and I got a free air fryer thanks to their promo deal.
Everything was in stock and the items look brilliant. Delivery guy was nice and carried it all in the house too. What a cracking company

Had a pleasure of dropping a load into here I must say staff we're spot on very happy and polite first time I'd been there to deliver no waiting time forklift driver was a really good bloke I asked what the normally do and no issues what so ever you can drive or reverse in with no issues 😀

Terrible customer service, boxes were delivered covered in bird excrement, and damaged goods. Called multiple times and emailed and told they needed proof, sent through and still offered £30 refund. The cost to fix the damage is £150+. Terrible

I ordered a new chest freezer when Got my delivery it was dented everywhere the controls in it was basically coming out I can see the wires having to send back and get my money back as was going to put it in my out house but don't even want to turn on because of exposed wires

AVOID!! My new Cookology cooker arrived with numerous quality control issues, to the point where the front control panel in its entirety was about to fall off! Somebody along the line had even used a single self tapping screw to try and rectify the front panel which was a complete bodge job. There was also numerous heavy dents in the oven casing however the outer polystyrene and cardboard packaging was perfect on arrival so it was clearly packaged like this which is very disappointing. To avoid all the inconvenience I even offered to keep the oven and fix the front panel myself as I’m pretty handy but only for a discount allowing for these issues. I even sent a walk around video of the findings to avoid any further wasted communications. This went nowhere as Cookology’s discount offered was measly so back it went at their expense. It did me a favour as I then went on to purchase a far better branded oven for the same price. I wouldn’t recommend Cookology ovens due to their total lack of quality control in place. Terrible…

Ordered and paid for a small chest freezer that was duly delivered without delay. (That merits the one star rating) Packaging was undamaged but when unpacked there were dents in several places, one bad one at the front near the lid. I contacted them via Amazon about the damage and they offered £15 discount if I keep the appliance!
I refuse this and requested either a replacement or refund. It's now gone deathly silent, looks like they're ignoring me so I complained via Amazon. Apparently i arrange this myself to send appliance back, you print returns labels etc. They will then refund me within 10 days of receiving goods back!
Having looked at the shocking reviews (I should have done this before I ordered) I am not confident I will ever get reimbursed, so I'm stuck with it, I haven't even urged it in yet.
Looks to me as if they ship out damaged stock then offer a paltry discount hoping customers accept it!
It's a smart way of clearing defective stock with minimal loss!

LESSON LEARNT:- AVOID AT ALL COST!

Good value cooker hood, reliable supplier. Fans a bit noisy the top bracket did not have any thread for fixing the top of the chimney. you will have to cut out a small hole for the cable outlet (left or right of bottom of chimney) Not keen on the light but all in all very good. I'm using filters for recirculation.
