Please please it's about time you cleaned your self checkout machines ... there is a build up of filth on them that is clearly months worth .. food debris hair and dead skin ... they must be crawling with bacteria which turns my stomach everytime i scan my food thru. Makes you wonder how filthy the store is back if house if they cant be bothered to ensure hygiene out front I'm sure the environmental health would be interested .

As and ex staff member, and now hostage of co-op... I will proudly say;

Co op Dawlish is slow, long wait times to be served, and the bakery good are 90% of the time undercooked. Won't be visiting again.

Great shop for its size! had car park at rear for about 100 cars, has an ANPR camera operating this car park and i believe its 60 minutes free parking. Only issue with this store is; if your disabled and park at the rear carpark, you are 5 stories high and the only ay down is the stairs at the rear of the shop or a short walk around and down the hill! an elevator is much in need there to help disabled and parents getting up and down 5 flights of stairs!

apart from that one issue its a fantastic store with great staff and amazing deals

Usually I’m not a massive fan of the co op, they have a lot more variety than other shops so I do shop there. VERY expensive, queues could be better and staff usually seem miserable. HOWEVER I went there Saturday night I think it was and just the most nice, festive staff member served me, he was such a kind person and made me and my friend happy, really shows just a tiny bit of kindness can really change your day! Give this man a raise and hire more people like him (I wish I knew his name 😔)

I often pop in for the odd incidental item when in town. The store is usually well stocked. Would recommend having the Coop app or card as this enables offers and discounts.

Popped in to grab a few things whilst visiting a friend. Shop was easy to navigate and good prices considering its like a corner shop but bigger.

I came in through the wrong entrance (whoops!) But didn't get laughed at or told off. I'll remember that for next time though!

Shop was clean and got in and out very fast. Self checkout was also easy and checkout staff was clearly attentive as well.

Overall a nice place 🙂

It's One if my Local Stores. The other is CostCutters which has also Co-op pruducts in it. Why They say they can't get certain product. So as Co-op own part of it. Their filling in theirs.

BACK TO THE Co-op you can trust.
WELL THAT'S GONE.
YES I haven't been to good myself so when I walked in OMG. SO LITTLE SHELBING. GONE.
AND NO STOCK ANY OF THE SHELBE ALL AROUND THE STORE AND IN THE FREEZERS.
WHAT IS COMING ON.
ALL I can say at the moment is that I go to costcutters. And use big time our local butchers and green grocery.
Thank god form them.
There is also a CASH MACHINE ON THE OUTSIDE WALL (NOW ONLY TWO IN DAWLISH) THE OTHER IS ON THE OUTSIDE WALL OF COSTCUTTERS.

Awful customer service, had to queue to get my cheese unlocked because of the lack of staff on the tills/self checkout.
Only to be told rudely I needed the receipt despite you can see the self checkouts from the till and it had to be cleared on the system to finishing checking out.
