Just been into today, drove 6 hours up here to spend for a trip away with my partner, stopped in this co-op to get some bits to cook in our cabin and staff were openly talking badly about us on their headsets and laughing because we were in tracksuits. One particular member of staff (I believe her name was Cheryl) was pulling rude faces, looking us up and down and following us around the store. Absolutely appalled and not the welcome to Wales we was expecting. Will not be returning here for the rest of our trip and didn’t get everything we wanted as we felt so uncomfortable. Our apologies for not wanting to drive 6 hours in formal dress.

Shop could be bigger given the space available. Would have liked a greater range of meat options, like some liver or kidneys rather than just chops or chicken pieces. Good range of vegan food. A bit pricier than other like size supermarkets.

Good store, but needs clearer signage as from the main road it looks like it's permanently shut as there's a sign by a block wall. It could do with a pedestrian sign by the bridge too

This mid sized store doesn't have the space for absolutely everything, however, they stock a good enough variety and range to please most people. The staff are pleasant and helpful and they will open more tills as the queues form. Whilst at busy periods service can suffer a little, overall this hard working team do a very good job.

Probably the best of the two supermarkets in Dolgellau (the other being Spar over the other side of the river). Better value for money and a better selection.
