Odd place- massive and team were lovely, mixed messages for service though.
I'm giving five stars for the team who were polite attentive and seem to be proud to work for this businessm
However 1 star for the store manager who is possibly the rudest person I have ever met. Zero retail skills, zero customer interaction skills and super rude to the team.
Sent a message to the Co-op customer service team- received back a generic 'sorry the team were not up to standards, we will let the store manager know'
So 1 star for them too- for doing a job that requires you to listen or read details, but failing miserably.

Nice little shop that has most of what you need for your grocery/household requirements and an ample supply of 'meal-deal' type produce. Quite a typical Co-op suppliers which is well organised and staffed with polite and helpful people. With a small but handy parking area, which is reasonably accessible, it is easy to recommend this food store.

I took my Mum down on Sunday 6th September, sadly she suffers with dementia and it has been a very difficult 5 months for us all with the present situation
It was the first time I had taken her out shopping since all this started, we've relied heavily on the care company and internet shopping, but she has really missed going down and choosing what she wants
Unfortunately, she has misplaced her little dogs lead, so we had to try and find another to replace it, so we could take him out for a walk. I approached a member of staff to ask if they sold them, unfortunately they didn't, but he went into the back to try and find something that would do the job, he came back with some options, I was very touched by this, it has been so difficult trying to deal with my Mum's condition and this act of kindness meant so much to us! I sadly didn't get the young man's name but would very much appreciate it if you could pass our thanks on to him
Also, the young lady on the till who served us was just as lovely, she was patient and caring, you clearly have a good team of people, thankyou x

The lady on the till was Ellie Brown x

Lovely shop with great produce, great variety of food and plenty of allergy free from options. There's always deals on and free fruit for children. Great staff, fresh backed goods and a free cash machine. What more could you want?

Small but adequate choices, use of self checkout always goes wrong and not enough staff to sort it out. Only 1 staff on main checkout till so Queues formed and couldn't come off to sort self checkout.

A useful small supermarket with a good range of food and household goods. Friendly staff. Significant reductions in fresh food prices if you can get there at the right time. Good choice for wines and beers.
