Really good communication and prompt service. Enquired about renewing our EPC certificate and was booked in for the following day, which was really helpful for me as needed a new one urgently. Very knowledgeable about the entire process and offered a lot of helpful advice for both our imminent sale of our house and improvements we could make in future properties. Would highly recommend.

Unfortunately would not recommend Cornwall Home Energy Surveys. Richard arrived 30 mins late for the appointment without contacting us to let us know. Did turn the EPC report round in good time but missed important information when surveying the house (e.g. listing extension as flat roof when it was pitched, missing internal wall insulation even though we provided a certificate). We politely asked him to correct the description on the report to make sure the information was accurate, he called us “pendantic” and raised his voice at us, not very professional. All in all, not a great experience, would recommend that others look elsewhere for their EPC assessments.
