These 2 cars blocked my way to push the trolley. All the customers parked on this side had to take a long detour to load their shopping into their car boot.
Such selfish behaviour from these 2 families.

A good store which can get quite busy at times. The fuel filling station always has queues during the day but especially more so after 4pm. However, the wait itself isn't that bad, usually wait no more than 15mins at its most busiest to get to the pumps. Furthermore, I tolerate it considering that Costco almost always has considerablly cheaper fuel than the next lowest priced fuel station within a few miles of this store.

The warehouse itself is neat and tidy. They have a carpark at the front of the store which is quite big. However, they have a much larger underground car park where you are always guaranteed to find a space.

Inside the store, they have a fantastic range of products. In my experience the bottled water section and the bakery sections are extremely popular. Each month, they have big cut price products on a selection of goods.

They have a cafe inside which is extremely popular, selling smoothies and pizzas amongst other things. Unsurprisingly, there are long queues for this.

It is extremely busy! Finding a parking space is a nightmare! When you finally get in, the shop is also very busy! However the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. The products are stacked high and are cheap. There's plenty of taster stations to sample the food before you buy. The cafe also sells great value pizzas and hot dogs.

The produce on offer is as one would expect from this company, but the design of the store is very poor. They have stopped exiting customers from using the petrol station, so whether a shopper needs fuel or not they find themselves in a long queue to even get into the car park.
Then once shopping is completed customers have to face long queues to pay!
People pay for membership to shop at this business, yet Costco doesn’t care enough to make the experience remotely pleasant for its customers.?

Stopped by there on the other day to get membership and see what's going on there. As wholesale to its members I found that quite busy on Friday. Cheapest petrol in the area created a long queue to wait for pumping. You need membership card to enter. Staff are quite friendly and helpful. A big wholesale store including different range of products, mostly Kirkland products. Wish they'd more different brands. Except the deals offer or bulky items, prices are same with other markets. Just some items you can get on good prices. Food stall in the store is always busy like to have wait for 30 mins in the queue to be served. Overall big store with few more amendments will be better like provide more deals at good prices and find solutions for the queue at petrol station, food hall and tills and lastly more different brands would be better for having options.

They treated me like the most insignificant person, telling me I had to wait another 15 minutes to enter the store because with my individual subscription, I’m only allowed in after a certain time. I live 50 minutes away from the store. But it’s not a problem, as I will never go back there again.

Horribly designed entrance where there are regular queues that flow onto the main road. The shopping is chocked up, crowded and unpleasant.

One of the worst Costco branches ever, and we have been to a few.

I just bought £22 annual trade membership and done shopping first time. It is a massive place to buy nearly everything one would need. Prices are competitive with some normal or little higher than the retail shops. Petrol and Diesel prices are lower than the normal fuel station. Worth visiting if you can prove you are a trader of any kind.
