We stayed in the "cottage" next door. A very small two bedroom, it was warm thankfully and clean but the furniture was old and that made it feel dowdy. Whilst the entrance to this place would have been grand in its day as it was the old entrance to Pale hall, it's now like driving through a scrap yard to get to the "cottage" . The view from the windows is onto a duck pond with old barns and a trailer.
The people were very pleasant but this place needs some serious upgrading.

Very cosy and clean room. Truly relaxing and peaceful place surrounded by beautiful Welsh landscapes. Yan and Bernie are very friendly and welcoming. We can't imagine better place to relax and explore beautiful nature. Bala lake is just 10-15 minutes away, and river Dee is 2-3 minutes walk from the cottage. 10/10 We enjoyed every moment.

Lovely clean little room with perfect facilities for wheelchair users. As an occupational therapist I would say this room enables independence, however you will need assistance to transfer from car to room

We didn't stay in the farmhouse so can't comment on the facilities. Stayed in the cottage next to it which was realy nice and cosy. Lovely place to stay if you want to get away from it all. There is an excellent pub a short walk away that serves excellent meals and has a good selection of beers called the Bryntinion.
