I hadn’t heard of Cosy Kingdom until recently but from the first call from Maddy to the service at home provided by Gary I was really impressed. Everything promised was done within a day which was amazing. Our boiler was serviced the very same day after my conversation with Maddy and the very next day Gary arrived and helped us with some energy saving recommendations. He was extremely helpful and respectful. Overall really impressed by the service from Cosy Kingdom and would highly recommend them. Thank you everyone.

Not impressed. They came out to speak to me about advice to warm up my house more. And one the people who came walked out my livingroom and started walking around my house looking in my rooms. I asked what he was doing and he stated he was making sure I deserved their effort and that I wasnt scamming them and wasting their time. I did not feel comfortable with a stranger searching through my home.

Darren from Cosy Kingdom came out to my new home to give me advice on energy efficiency. He was so helpful sharing his knowledgeable advice in a cheerful friendly manner. I had no idea how the old storage system worked and he explained everything clearly and he looked at my bill and advised how to use my energy efficiently. What a great service to have in the community. A big thank you to Darren and Cosy Kingdom.

Very pleased with the service my sister in law Julie got from cosy kingdom they replaced her boiler and gave her other energy saving things in a very short space of time from our first contact with them thank you from me sister in law Julie and our family for helping her

Over a Year & it's now next winter. I've had to board 2/3 of windows over with insulation boards to not freeze.

A lovely man from cozy kingdom has just left my house. 20 bulbs were thrown out in total. He was lovely He even gave me advice on my low level lighting ..he even put the bulbs that were needing replaced in himself. Top marks to the company

My Mother has waited all day for a phonecall after the appointment getting booked in 3 weeks ago and hasn't heard a thing. She has been sitting with her phone by her side all day and was even scared to pick up other calls in the event she missed it. I have since called and your lines shut a 3pm. As a courtesy it would have been nice to let her know you wouldn't get around to calling her today.
