I recently visited Countryside Service Center, here in Sterling,VA for a Virginia safety test for my vehicle. Despite arriving only few minutes before closing time, I had called ahead an hour and the half; they were still able to accommodate me.

What I appreciated most was the hardworking and dedicated employee who performed my test. He didn't complain about the late hour and completed the test in just 20 minutes. His kindness and professionalism were truly appreciated. Miss Lena was also very kind and grateful for my business.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. This is a great example of a business going above and beyond for their customers. Thank you for your outstanding service!

Get a tire plugged here: $54 and get told what a deal I was getting. Just looked up price at another local retailer: $15.

Been a customer there for a LONG time. Not any more.

Update: Lena did make good on the price match. Wish it would have been a competitive price from the beginning, but appreciate Lena honoring the price match.

I have been using Countryside for auto services including inspections. They do a quick job without any unnecessary upsell. I met Lena, the manager today to check about wheel alignment. She gave me a good explanation of what they do in alignment. I am positive that the work being done will be up to the mark. I’ll edit this further once I drive my car post-alignment.

Talking about my experience to do regular oil change with Countryside service center
and dealing with their receptionist Lena.

This is a very bad experience in my life. I found Lena and this auto service company cannot be trusted and is unreliable. They always try to get more and more money from each customer. Lena strength is to make you spend more unnecessary money by fooling you around. I have a coupon for oil change is under $50. But Lena cheated me and made me spend about $350 for an oil change. When I waked up from being fooled by her, I found that my IQ has been insulted.
At this day, I had to go twice to the service center Lena didn't let me make an appointment to go and waste my time. This day for this stupid coupon oil change, I spent almost my whole day and I spent $350 instead $50 for just a regular oil change. I'm so angry that why this auto service center fooling people like that? If they can fooling you around this way, they also can fooling around you in their service to your car. My car is in very good maintenance. But after they touch my car, I'm worried they will damage my car. I will know It in the future. I can't trust Lena so I can't trust their service.
I advise you don't use their online coupon. You don't go for oil change or inspection. You can go to the place you trust. I tried other auto service oil change online couple is honest. You pay for the coupon and no extra charge. But I go countryside service center I pay for the coupon, but Lena asked for adding money more than the coupon. Lena ask you do more service. But all Lena mentioned the service my car doesn't need them. Conclusion. Don't go there to do any car service. They use a cheap coupon to lure you in and then you let him take advantage of you. Bad person! Bad service! A pitfall place.

Lena was great I came in. I did a new tire of my vehicle. She was very prompt. She was honest she got me a tire on my vehicle. She offered me extra services on the vehicle after the multi point inspection. I bought an air filter and two of the things I need for my vehicle I definitely will be back, her workers are great and she is awesome

I took my car to get an oil change and to check my emissions. A young man named Trevor helped me out. He was very friendly, professional, and kept me informed about my car needs. Even though it was late he accepted me and the two others behind me as well. I had a wonderful experience here and will definitely be returning!
