Contacted the company to remove spray foam insulation. Colin arrived and did a full assessment on the roof and removal process. Unfortunately when they arrived to remove the foam the felt was coming away also. This meant that all the tiles had to come off and new felt installed. I was kept in the loop and sent photos of the issue.
Countrywide then project managed the job, organising roofers and scaffolding. It wasn't a cheap fix, but had to be done. They did a brilliant job, all the workers were polite and worked extremely hard to get the job done. Everything was done on time and professionally. I have no hesitation of recommending this company.

How refreshing to find a company that turns up on time, works conscientiously all day (without loud music blaring out continuously)who tidy up brilliantly and offered an extremely competitive price. Prior to the job, Harrison the surveyor arrived on time and looked very smart. He was extremely helpful and was not pushy or aggressive. The fact this was an emergency job for us as we are in the middle of selling our house, he even managed to get a team that could work on a Saturday. The foam removers were Steven, assisted by Brandon who were both polite, respectful and knowledgeable- the consummate professionals. We highly recommend this family run business.

During the survey after selling our house the surveyor noticed that we had closed cell insulation in the roof and it would have to be removed. Our purchaser was keen on a quick sale process so we needed to get this work done quickly. After contacting Countrywide Coating & Insulation they assured us that although our timescales were tight it was possible. Despite an early delay caused by very bad weather, once started the work was completed quickly - roof off, insulation removed and roof re-installed within a few days of the original target date. The roof was re-examined by my purchasers surveyor and the work who confirmed that the insulation removal was good and the sale then proceeded within days.
Very pleased with the performance of this company and the quality of the work they performed - I would recommend them.

Sean, Mike and Tony have just finished painting our three storey house and we are very pleased.
They were professional, courteous and customer focused at all times. At all stages they checked we were happy with their work and kept us informed of the next stage. It was obvious they took pride in their work.

Removal of spray foam insulation
Monday 10th July to Thursday 13th July 2023
From the start of talking to Craig to book their services, what was being a nightmare became a very positive experience.
The Company went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed ready for the Structural Surveyor to come and check we had done what he had recommended to the Bank needed doing to release the mortgage to our buyers of the property.
Reiss sorted the Team of Steve, Mark and Barney to come in to do the job. Such a polite and hard working group of young men who found themselves under a lot of time pressure, so worked almost through the night to get it done on time. Remaining cheerful and positive throughout. The beams were all clear of that dreadful stuff ready for the Structural Surveyor to come back to view for the Bank. Steve was confident and polite in how he spoke to the Surveyor. The property was left tidy. I received regular update phone calls throughout. At the end of the job, Nick phoned and politely asked if the job was done to my satisfaction. The report of the job completed was issued the next day. All we can do now is hope that the correct report gets on the correct desk and within the time limit we have been up against! Thank you guys, a good job done.
