Claire Hobbs/ Adams at Courtney Havers has advised me on managing my Pension Fund for perhaps 15 years. I have had the pleasure of working with Ray, Matt and the Team at Courtney Havers LLP for over 10 years. Pensions and Investments can be a complete minefield but they have always explained everything clearly and ensured I fully understand all of my options before they gave me any recommendations. There is no "hard sell" or pressure to sign up and they are happy to explain their advise ( in my case ! ) a number of times without questioning when I would be making a decision. I relied heavily on Ray and Matt for their advise when I sold my business and had to transfer my Pension from a Company Scheme into my Personal name. They also advised what Investments, including Tax Implications, I should make with the proceeds from the sale of my Company ownership. Again this was managed by Ray and Matt extremely professionally and they only considered what Investments would suit my own personal situation and I certainly never felt I was pressurised to invest until I was completely comfortable and fully understood why the advise was given. I would highly recommend Courtney Havers LLP to anyone and, testament to that statement, is that I recommended my Father spoke to Ray regarding Inheritance Tax and managing his Estate as he entered his final years.
