I had a bit of hesitation when I checked the Google reviews to begin with however I booked a consultation with them. The owner of the business came and explained everything to me and he said the number of reviews did not reflect the amount of business that comes his way and the less than positive reviews were not a reflection of the hundreds of great experiences customers have had. Anyway long story short I was really pleased with the installation. I have all the required paperwork and certificates and they came in a timely manner. Sean was very patient with me even though I kept asking many questions. I waited until after a month after installation to give this review which I think is fair. I will definitely recommend them. The pricing is very affordable and they don’t do no pushy sales.

Outstanding workmanship and customer service – Lee and his team replaced our gas boiler and hot water tank with an air source heat pump and cylinder. They were clear and efficient at every stage of the process – from the initial quotation, through the grant application and heat loss survey, to the installation and commissioning. The installation itself ran like clockwork and took just over a day - the electricians Matt and Ben worked in parallel with the plumbers Dan and Lee. Everyone involved was professional, friendly and helpful throughout. I’d highly recommend Cozy Energy Ltd.

I've had two solar PV systems with batteries installed by Cozy Energy. Found the company to be very professional. Plenty of support provided throughout the process from quotation to after care. Good value for money too. With my last installation, last week the team drove from Essex to Somerset. Worked all day until the project was completed. Thsnkyou Matt and team!

After deciding to have solar and a heat pump installed, I looked at getting some quotes in and was surprised by the lack of professional people, it was just like double glazing use to be, some people did not listen to what the customer required. Then I came across Cozy Energy, they took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, they were most helpful as I changed the requirements, and it was not a problem for then to adjust the installation.
The workmen were friendly and tidy, they took the time to explain how the system works and turned up when they said they would.

The office workers acted in a professional manor and were polite when dealing with them, overall was impressed with how the company operated and would recommend them to anyone looking to have solar or heat pump installed.

Cozy Energy installed 2 x SAHP 130L cylinders and panels into my home in 2021. I first noticed that my electricity usage had increased by 2000kw per year. It took many calls to Cozy to return my call and a review on trust pilot before I got their attention. Fair to say they only interested in receiving orders and zero after care. I approached the manufacturer SAHP about my problems who directed me to one of their more trusted partners as they no longer work with Cozy (you can make up your own mind about why) H20 renewables came to my property and were horrified to discover a complete shambles of an installation and that it would cost circa £2200 to remedy the poor workmanship and incompetence of their work. Cozy refuse to return any calls and there is no one manning their switchboard. No doubt I will have my day in court with them and a visit from trading standards will get their attention. beware customers
