They were able to schedule an appointment last minute to look at what I thought was an electrical issue. I planned to drop off my car for a day (or perhaps more). When I arrived, they quickly looked at my headlight and were able to fix the issue within 5 minutes. So thankful that they took the time to look at it right away so I didn’t have to leave my car for an extended period of time. The customer service is amazing and everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Needless to say, I won’t be taking my car anywhere else.

After visiting, I can say I see why this shop is so highly rated. I just had 4 new tires installed and needed a last-second alignment for a road trip and spoke with Pete over the phone. From my small interaction with Pete, I was already sold on the location. Friendly, and made you feel welcome without having visited yet.
At the shop, I spoke mostly with Brennan, who was personable, knowledgeable, and informative. Everyone I interacted with felt like they went above and beyond what I’ve come to expect when visiting a mechanic shop. Plus, the sitting area was clean, and you can tell a lot of thought went into making it a comfortable space. It’s not a question of if I’m going back, but when!

Craftsman in Merrifield is definitely a unique shop, which provides both excellent mechanical work and superior customer service... for real. Brennan was amazing. He always remembered my name, was always very welcoming, was on top of all issues -- large or small -- related to my vehicle, and was always prepared to update me without even looking at the computer. In addition, Brennan was extremely open and transparent, recommending what he thought I should do and what I didn't really need to do. The whole team was enthusiastic about fixing what I needed to fix, sourcing parts for an old vehicle, and completing very quickly every thing I needed. Highly recommend this shop and commend them for the best automotive customer service I've experienced in a very long time. Will def go back.

The service was excellent. I visited the shop for an oil change, but they performed a complementary and thorough vehicle inspection. They took digital photographs of all the issues they discovered and provided me with their recommendations for resolving them. Notably, there was no pressure from the advisor.
