Quick, easy and thorough. No one likes doing taxes (at not least anyone that I know) so when it comes to the time they must be completed, it's important to find someone that is knowledgeable, friendly and has great communication. I was referred to Craig though a friend and was very happy with the experience from start to finish. Set up an appointment directly with Craig on the phone a week in advance only to show up and realize that he had forgotten about it. Office was closed. He did not return my call until later. He then apologized and said that he forgot to review his appointments. He then told me he was going to email me a list of documents to get my taxes going. He never did. He called me multiple times in error. He kept telling me “ sorry I keep dialing you number” by mistake. Funny guy. Each time he called me accidentally he would say:” I’m working on your account and you will get an email shortly” never happened.

I hope this helps him be more respectful of customer’s time and business.
