They do not answer the phone, do not return calls from left messages on answerphone. When you manage to speak to a member of the team they promise a call back but don't (2 different people promised to call us today regarding our order). They have our money but have no record of the order. They overcharged us but still waiting on refund. In fairness we have always had good service until this winter. The most frustrating thing is they do not do what they say. I appreciate they maybe short staffed and it maybe out of their control but this customer service is absolutely shocking

Terrible experience with Calor Cranbrook. I’ve Currently waited a month for delivery and after them giving me 4 delivery dates throughout the month, not once have they turned up. Had this for about 4 years now. Never have they made a delivery on the date they’ve told me. I have to call for days get anyone in the office to answer the phone. Complete pot luck. 9 times out of 10 it just goes to voicemail. No one has a clue what’s going on when I finally speak to someone. It’s like groundhog dog everyday and very stressful. I still to this day have no idea where the gas it that I’ve paid for to heat , shower, cook and run our home actually is. Honestly, avoid at all costs. Formal complaint going to be made

It's a pity this place gets a bad review score down to a "rude" person at reception who doesn't seem to e there anymore. I rang up over the course of 2 days and dealt with a guy called Martin. I didn't expect much support as I was just a one off customer wanting 2 small cylinders during the recent shortage. Luckily I rang the day before the very first delivery in 3 months, and Martin checked the delivery and rang back confirming some had come in and he would save 2 for me.
Fantastic support despite the fact there was little money to be made from my purchase.

I have no gas. I placed an order a week ago which has has not arrived. Despite having taken several hundred pounds, they have not delivered our gas. They do not pick up the phone or respond to messages.

HOW BLOODY USELESS IS CALOR!
I'm Glad i'm not the only person that feels Carol is extremely rude on the phone. It wouldn't hurt her to have some common courtesy when speaking to customers. (maybe a customer service training session would help her)

In my view CALOR GAS company should be contratulated for not revealing the location and contact detail on their website of their HQ ! outrangours ! poor service must be called out ! 4.5kg unattainable from the East Midlands to Folkestone (can’t wait for the AGM CE to Go !!

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. PART DELIVERED AN ORDER AND THEN EXPECTED ME TO COLLECT THE REMAINDER AFTER PAYING A DELIVERY CHARGE. DESPITE THEIR APPARENT RESPONSE TO THIS REVIEW, THEY HAVE YET TO TRY AND RESOLVE ANY PROBLEMS
