As part of a smaller company with a few employees dealing with the minefield of Health and Safety and HR can be a nightmare. I would feel completely out of my depth were it not for Dee, Tonie, Megan and the team at Craven Consultancy Services! They have helped me immeasurably, make sure everything is on track; both in terms of Health and Safety and HR.
