Left my elderly mother with no gas. This is the second time they've done this and always come out with pathetic excuses. Terrible service, if you can please avoid!

Just about the worst business I have ever dealt with. Seldom answer the phone and if you leave a message they seldom ring back.

Two examples:
My 7kg butane bottle was picked up by the delivery driver in July.
I have been promised a replacement - I haven't received it and they still have my empty bottle.

I rang last week and left a message as I need a replacement 19kg bottle and was assured that I would receive a reply.
No reply and I guess the chance of a replacement, given usual delivery delays, lack of bottles etc etc by Christmas is nil.

I''ve gone to Gas Bottles Direct online. A bit more expensive but it will be here on Tuesday.

What a way to run a business.....

I hope Calor read this and if you have an ounce of credibility please contact me and return my 7kg Butane empty bottle.
It's not a complicated issue to exchange it. I will do so through another supplier but at least return the bottle!!

They dont sell gas...
Been checking on their website and with customer services over the last 7 months to find that propane between 6 - 13kg. Has been unavailable for over half a year. How is it possible that a problem they reported in july of last year is still ongoing at the end of january? Maybe they want to go out of business. I am certainly happy to help them do that. Ebay here I come.

i have a new gas cylinder which i believe to have a faulty valve,When attached its leaking, i have swopped bottles and the valve on my caravan is fine on the other gas cylinder. Had the bottle taken to this centre as due to being gas did not just want to exchange it at a garage and let it become someones else's problem, to be told that the bottle is fine and that they will not do an exchange. Its there bottle its full of there gas and from a health and safety point of veiw i think this is disgusting. I will be getting onto trading standards and rather than risk this bottle staying in circulation will take a hammer to the valve prior to exchanging it at my local garage.And now having done a little digging i have found other people having the same problem with there bottles leaking and Calor (not crawley specific) denying an issue.
